I'm giving this app one star because it automatically adds a staff tip to the order, which I saw as soon as I hit the place order button, but was too late to cancel. It should be up to the user if they want to include a tip, and how much, not have it already included. BS tactics.

The new Fire Wings app is TERRIBLE. Logged on and clicked on Account just to make sure that I was still logged in and I was. Everything was good. Filled out a decent size order. Got to the end to pay. For some reason I had to log in even though I was already logged in. After trying to log in again I get an authorization error and my entire order gets wiped out. This whole process which took five minutes was a complete waste of my time. Awful app

Apparently, this app orders thru Door Dash...and it sucks. At 4:00 pm, to pick up at 7:30 pm (three hours ahead of time). At 7:57 pm, I received a text telling me the location could not fill my order. This app SUCKS!
