I love tai chi but the app seems unfinished. there's no way to check points or even get points in store there's no QR code anymore so you have to order online for the chance of possible points.

None of the options are listed when picking a drink, so you just have to know your order and put it in special instructions. Not sure why the in-house ordering system is so much better.

Maybe it's just for the specific store in my area but the menu items cost way more than ordering in person. Why would I pay $4 extra for a bowl of ramen for pick up on the app if I can order it in store? Also the previous app used to have and accept gift cards which this one does not
