I love it! But I have to subtract 1 star for the apps default setting "sneaking a tip in on every order" including pickup orders. A tip should be my decision, whether or not I feel like tipping! Not a SURPRISE that I find after I hit check out (BECAUSE let's be honest even knowing it does that every now and then it will accidentally go through with the default tip!) but everything else is great 👍🏽

I really like Taichi so this review is specifically about the app. With the new update, all the orders are now done through doordash so all the app prices are more expensive by $2-$4. The rewards seem good and prices in the store are still the same at least. For that I'll give it 2 stars.

I love tai chi but the app seems unfinished. there's no way to check points or even get points in store there's no QR code anymore so you have to order online for the chance of possible points.
