Worst application, I will never book again, you pull the customers will low fare while booking but while dropping you will charge an unexpected amount saying that it is an estimated amount while booking. If the difference is 10 or 20 rupees we can accept but it is 60 to 70 rupees for a short trip of 7kms. Kilometre shown in the application for the trip also totally incorrect. No other cab booking application is doing this kind of activities. If there is an option for 0 star, I love to give you.

App is extremely laggy. Selecting locations takes forever and the app keeps buffering. Fasttrack is supposed to be the premium "reliable" option? Think again. Booked airport SEDAN 1 day in advance for 3:50 am. Cab gets assigned at 3 am and then gets cancelled at 3:45. I call support and a HATCHBACK arrives at 4:15. After cramping ourselves with luggage in a hatchback, driver asks for 300 extra on reaching. I called support again and the agent insisted I pay extra! Stay away from this scam.

Very old car , driver tried to dupe us by showing longer route , then at end charged extra more than the toll charges. Be very careful while using their app. Also car was very old qualis while I booked for a innova. Never again !
