Worst app ever
Terrible driver and unresponsive customer care. Will never use this service again. I booked a cab to go to the airport and the driver was rude. After I complained to customer care he stopped the car on the road side and refused to driver. He also stopped us from removing our luggage unless we paid him in full though he hasn't dropped us at our destination. Can't believe my family had to plead him to do his work.
The driver didn't turned up. These are just a shameless bunch of peoples. I booked for early morning slot, called the driver he was sleeping somewhere and just disconnected the call. I was numb for some time as would have missed my flight. Luckily, for me got an uber nearby and was able to catch the flight
Worst experience ever. Your location will change automatically after booking . The driver drops you half the way saying there is traffic ahead. If you talk to the customer service they hang up on face. I had this experience today. Cab number TN07 BA3881. Better go for ola or Uber.
Tried this app for the first time. Booked a cab. Driver took Rs.320. I received a bill for Rs.255. No mechanism to log a complaint directly in the App. Tried reaching customer care multiple times. Finally complaint was logged - No. 21512. Waiting for a response from customer care for many hours.
This app billing is simply charging extra more than 10 %. The meter Bill showed around 700 but app amount is 800. No transparency with billing. Fast track also started to cheat the customer like other cab service
