it was a great app, but something happened. every time I try to open it, it says Reload. I removed it and installed again. now nothing comes up at all. when I try to log in, it gives me an error. Update: someone did respond, but they were not helpful. they kept sending a code that never worked. very frustrated... Paid for the entire year for nothing...

good usually works well for me but today it's freezing and buffering bad just paid my payment today need it to be fixed. I'll give it 5 stars if the problem can be fix

I love this app but the last 2 weeks been horrible it works for like 3 min then starts buffering real bad I can't even watch a full football game please please fix this I can watch on my phone but when I cast it to my TV it works horrible please please fix it wasnt ever doing this before
