For an app of any kind let alone one with a subscription it seems like it's in beta testing with all the glitches and problems it has and it's from the same creators as starting strength which is great beginner novice program even though it has no options for intermediate novice or advanced novice which it should this completely falls off totally not worth the dime until they fix a lot of their glitches

Great app. Helpful for all of the Starting Strength phases (with specific programs for females and the very obese), the Texas Method plus some others. There's even a "COVID at home (no equipment)" training plan to help those without equipment access get stronger. It calculates what you should have on the bar (that's total weight AND a weight plate calculator based on what you personally have available). And it even tells you what your warm up lifts should be. There's many features. $10 /month.

The app is great for what it does, but they've decided to wrap it up in a monthly service fee. You can get the Starting Strength app for the price of 2 months of service from this app. You can buy longer terms of service for a discounted rate, but the problem is paying continually.
