A performer, educator, and innovator, Allison Wardwell has been studying movement for over 20 years. A classically-trained ballerina, Allison received her B.F.A. in Dance from The University of Texas, and her M.A. in Dance Education from New York University.
An experienced instructor, Allison combines a deep knowledge of the body with extensive expertise and a passion for bringing her students the best training methods available. Her flexibility classes are a fusion of various disciplines and technique – from yoga to dance to contortion to fitness. She designed the StretchIt program to offer flexibility training for every level and every goal.

StretchIt is free to download. Subscription starts with a free trial lasting 7 days. We offer the following auto-renewing subscription options:

Subscribers get unlimited access to workout videos and access to personalized Training Programs. Your subscription(s) will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the trial or subscription period and your credit card will be charged through your Google Play account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your Google Play account settings. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
