been using this app for years. and up and till March 30 was working fine. its has not recorded. So after multiple failed support attempts. I can say tech support for the mileage portion of the app is no good. I figured out on my on that if I track my drives I then wait until I am in and on wifi. the mileage portion of the app is not hooking to the internet the rest of the app works fine on mobile or wifi. it will then up load the current days trips. Hope this helps someone else.

App was working fine until about 4 days ago. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, it still won't load the map, to start tracking miles. (Update): App is working right, again! Download the update! (Update 2/21/26) This happens about once a year where it stops logging and uploading to the app. I've recommended this app so many times, but I'm done with going a week or two without the app working right. My drives aren't failing, but aren't uploading either. It's been almost a week of failure.

I have used this app for years to track my mileage. Up until not ive had little to no issues. recently, everytime i go to manually add my miles, it pops a login error:no internet connection. I have tried reinstalling the app, logging out and back in, clearing cache, restarting phone, on and off wifi, everything. nothing has fixed it and its extremely frustrating. might have to find a new app.
