CogScroll is a calm, minimalist brain training app: nine quick games across six areas of thinking. Working memory, processing speed, attention, mental flexibility, spatial reasoning, and sustained attention. Pure black and white, no clutter, no nonsense.

A short daily set adapts to focus on the areas where your scores are lowest, and a six-spoke radar tracks your own trajectory over time. A few focused minutes a day, not an endless feed.

No Subscription, No Nonsense

Most brain training apps lock you into a recurring subscription. CogScroll does not. You pay once and keep it for life. No login, no upsells, no pressure to come back.

Privacy: No Data Harvesting

CogScroll has no developer backend. We do not collect, harvest, or sell your data: no analytics, no tracking, no ads. Your scores and settings live on your device. If you choose, Android's standard backup can sync them to your own Google Drive, which we cannot access. The £4 unlock is handled by Google Play, so we never see your payment details.

What’s new

- Dark mode. Settings now has an Appearance section — pick System, Light or Dark. Still pure black and white, just the other way round.
- Secondary text is easier to read: it was too faint against the background.
- Accessibility: bigger tap targets, and screen readers now name every control — Digit Span is fully playable with one.
- Reduced motion is honoured, and text reflows instead of clipping at large font sizes.
- Settings now links our accessibility statement.
