About this app

Thirty things on your to do list and none of them finished — that is not just you. TriFocus allows exactly three a day. It was built to shrink your list, not grow it.

■ Why only three
A normal to do list feels good the moment you write it. But the longer it gets, the more energy goes into choosing what to start, and by evening more than half is still sitting there. Whatever is left rolls into tomorrow and turns into guilt. So TriFocus gives you three slots. When the slots run out you have to decide what to drop, and that decision is the entire focus mechanic.

■ Today's three
Write three lines in the morning. Stamp each one as you finish it. On days you clear all three the screen changes decisively, and you get to end the day knowing you spent it well. This is not a daily planner that slices your calendar — it holds the three things that must not slip.

■ What is included
• Today's Three — exactly three focus items every day
• Completion stamps that feel good to tap
• Streaks — a flame that tells you how many days you have kept it up
• Calendar heatmap — a month of habits at a glance
• Weekly digest — completion rate and category spread
• Share cards — save and post a day-review card in five themes
• 3/3 Challenge — send a friend a link daring them to clear all three
• 8 themes: Warm Paper, Midnight Paper, Forest Journal, India Ink, Terracotta Clay, Cherry Blossom, Concrete, Ocean Ink (3 free, 5 paid)

■ Habits come from streaks, not volume
Ten tasks today and three days off loses to three tasks for twenty days straight. The streak counter and the heatmap exist to make that visible. A few blank squares move you far more effectively than any nagging notification. That is honestly the most a habit tracker can do; the rest is choosing three lines honestly.

■ Who it is for
• Anyone who has installed several task manager apps and abandoned all of them
• People who freeze when the to do list gets long
• Anyone carrying a vague daily sense of needing to do something
• People who want to build small habits first
• Anyone who finds full productivity suites exhausting
• People who like a minimal, quiet daily planner

■ Features left out on purpose
No subtasks, no tags, no recurring rules, no collaboration. If your work needs those, a heavier task manager will serve you better. TriFocus tries to do one thing well: decide today in three lines and check it in the evening.

TriFocus — three things today.
