Personalized Fitness for Longevity
MightyFitSD prides itself on serving the needs and abilities of each member. Our classes host no more than 12 athletes and the intimate class sizes allow for personalized attention from the trainer.
Our workouts combine moderate aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and high-intensity interval training through the week which has been shown to be crucial for health and longevity.
Each workout has a warm up period followed by a workout with 3 different levels of skill and intensity to ensure all our members are getting a proper workout while avoiding injuries under the guidance of a fitness instructor.
