I requested a return last month, it's accepted but no one has collected it. I tried contacting them by email several times, and they said they would contact and resolve, and until now, nothing been done.

Return pickup is delayed for more than 3 weeks. Unable to reach out properly to customer care. Raised complaints on whatsapp and emails multiple times. But receiving the same automated response everywhere. All the contact numbers which we used earlier are not working now after the recent acquisition i guess. Now I am not able to receive my high value return.

I do not recommend using it. Scammers give fake discounts and very bad customer service. They speak in the worst way and close the conversation in a very bad, bad, bad way.
