The notes feature needs work. To save a note, you have to press "X" (completely counter-intuitve!), then there is no indication that I've left a note after it's saved. I'm making it work by highlighting each verse I make a note on, but it seems like I shouldn't have to do that. Other than that, I'm a very happy camper. Thank you for a free (and ad-free) Bible app!

I tried this app once before, but found it not as easy to use as some others so I quit using it. However, I decided to try it again. This time I am very pleased with it. I'm able to navigate adquately; there are no distracting ads; the layout and style are attractive. I especially enjoy the audio function, which I hadn't tried previously. The reader is Kristyn Getty. She has such a pleasant voice and reads so clearly. I've been playing the Bible as I fall asleep at night.

Great translation and looks nice but the app needs work. Search results are overly broad and give no way to narrow down. There's also no way to go back to results after picking a verse other than starting the search again. Scrolling through the text seems constrained and slow. Cross references always open a few lines below the referenced verse requiring you to scroll up to read it. Some attention to those kinds of details would make it more of a pleasure to use.
