Shocked you can't use your points to pay for an app order. To redeem your points you just get a QR code, forcing you to order in store. Terrible customer experience. 2 stars only for the experience when paying by card, which is reasonable; however, it's too easy to select the wrong store based on your current location. The app should force you to pick a store from a few suggestions, rather than defaulting to the closest.

Absolutely useless app on every device I've ever owned. Takes ages to open if it opens at all, and if you need to login then forget it, barely ever works. Even reinstalling and wiping app data doesn't help. Maybe they don't want people to collect reward points? Subway you need to get your act together and make an app that actually works!

The messages section (where all the offers are) doesn't work and hasn't for over a year. You click but nothing happens. Have tried uninstall/reinstall but still doesn't work. Also logs me out every time there's an update. This would be ok if i could log straight back in, but you can't without a confirmation email which doesn't turn up til a day later (by which time expired), so you have to go through it all again. Reward scheme good, but app is GARBAGE.
