sudo ego is an identity programming system built on a strict app blocker. Every morning, the feed decides who you are before you do. sudo ego gets there first: it locks your phone until you type — or speak — the person you decided to be.

LOCK — Ritual Lock
At the time you set, your screen locks. Type or speak what you wrote to yourself. Finish the ritual to unlock.

IDENTITY — Identity Cards
Write the person you decided to be as a card: your words, your image. You declare it daily until it stops being a statement and starts being a fact.

PENALTY — App Blocking
Skip the ritual and the apps that pull your focus — social feeds, games, streaming — stay blocked until you finish. Cut the distraction, take back your screen time, and let the system enforce what you decided.

PULSE — Community
See what other sudoers are running. Browse the most forked identity cards, find one that hits, and fork it. Or make yours public and let your words run in someone else's morning.

WHY IT WORKS

The brain cannot distinguish between repetition and reality. It records what you repeat, no matter how you feel. Here you don't read your identity — you generate it, by hand or by voice, every day.
