Very disappointed with the app, whenever I try to login, error message comes as Login failure, tried with uninstalling the app and installed again but still same issue. I have recharged for 6 months, amount deducted but still the account is inactive, zero response from customer care. I have already explained my issue as getting message Login failure, please do not ask me again about the issue.

Very very worst app,( Login issue, add money problem,etc......) Issue 1 : When enter the Smart card or mobile number,there is an pop up as failure. Issue 2 : Login is successful ,there is no add money option in sun direct wallet,and no add on are available. Issue 3 : In the App ,There is not any shown recharge plans blank page is Shown. These are the main issues. And the customer care not attending the calls earlier, waiting time is huge problem.

Very disappointed with this app, whenever I tried to use it for reacharge purpose it doesn't works, it is very irritating, very disappointed. Team please fix this issue. I tried to add a three months and searching for a specific channel. However, while scrolling, the list suddenly disappeared, showing the message "No Data Found." Similarly, sometimes when I land on the payment page, i have recharged 3 months plan on 03.12.2025 with Google pay but not recharged and amount deducted
