The product itself is great. App is not. Runs and looks like it was designed by an outsourced cheap dev from 4 years ago. Every screen requires loading (at least with the latest update the loading wheel isn't a low quality jpg). No way to edit data if you've accidentally put in the wrong info (important when registering tests). Some menus just go to a website vs being integrated. Etc - just lots of sloppy UX + being slow. At least it's functional. I just expect more for the price of the product.

I tried to input the sample collection date and it won't let me choose today's date. It will only let me input yesterday's date. Super odd. How do I put in today's date? Contacted customer service via phone and email. No answer yet.

Cumbersome and annoying app, box missing parts, confusing directions, customer service not open in morning. Try a different company.
