You can use the Sunsama mobile app once you’ve planned your first day from the Sunsama desktop app. If you don’t have a Sunsama account yet, get started from your desktop by visiting https://sunsama.com.
This mobile app is built as a companion to the desktop app to help you stay in sync when you’re away from your desk, not as a standalone replacement.
Add tasks quickly
When a new tasks comes up and you’re not at your desk, quickly add it to your task list. You can schedule it onto your calendar and move it to the right spot on your list to work on it later.

Review what you planned for the day. Create a calm, focused space to stay on top of your workload.
Synced with your calendar
Browse both your tasks and calendar events each day. Synced with Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar.

I absolutely love the desktop app. Once the free trial is finished I'm 100% going to subscribe. The mobile app on the other hand is pretty terrible. In my opinion, some time and money should be invested into bug fixes.

Very buggy app. Can't do much with it. Try to schedule something and it shows up multiple times. Widget support is atrocious. I live off widgets and to not be able to do anything with them is kinda disappointing. All it does is open the app. I can't even show today's schedule on it. Desktop app is fantastic. I just hate being tethered to my desktop when I have a perfectly good phone.

It makes me sad to hear you have so many problems with the app, can you reach out on joseph@sunsama.com so we can have an in-depth look at it? The widgets I totally agree as they are very basic at the moment. These will be improved in the future but unfortunately are not scheduled yet. Hope that makes sense (and please do reach out), Joseph

Love the desktop app! Literally can't live without it anymore, but the mobile version is laggy and ridled with bugs so much so it's close to unusable. It's a shame though, because a companion mobile app would greatly enhance overall Sunsama experience. Concentrate on polishing core functions by addapting interface to mobile devises and add additional stuff in the future. Task management should be quick and painless (widgets?) and there should be no performance and offline use issues.

Hi Edivinas, could you elaborate on the bugs please, as we're not aware of any major bugs at the moment. Also it is not supposed to run laggy at all on medium devices as we test proactively on that. We've overhauled the calendar events, so they're more reliable and have many bug fixes related to calendar events.
