SUNSHINE COAST Mobile Banking allows you to do your banking securely at anytime and anywhere – in the palm of your hand! Access and view your account balances, pay your bills, and transfer money conveniently.
Use SUNSHINE COAST Mobile Banking for fast, easy, on-the-go banking. There are no new passwords to remember – all account login information is the same as your online banking. The app is compatible with Android™ devices running Android Marshmallow 6.0 or later.

With SUNSHINE COAST Mobile Banking you can:
• Log in with your Username and Password
• Set-up Fingerprint ID or Facial Recognition for secure and quick access
• View your account activity, balances, and recent transactions
• Pay bills now or set them up for a future payment date
• View and edit upcoming scheduled bills and transfers
• Send money instantly with Interac e-Transfer®
• Transfer money between your accounts, including different memberships
• Quickly and securely deposit your cheques by using your smartphone or tablet
• Display your balances at-a-glance without having to log in with Quick View

Security
Your security is our top priority, which is why our mobile banking app uses the same level of secure protection as our full online banking.
Permissions
In order to use SUNSHINE COAST Mobile Banking, you'll need to grant our app permission to access certain functions on your mobile phone, including:
• Full network access – Allows our app to connect to the Internet.
• Take pictures and videos – Deposit cheques using Deposit Anywhere™ right from your mobile phone by allowing our app access to your phone camera.
• Access to your phone contacts – Get the utmost in convenience by allowing our app to access your list of contacts, that way you can send an Interac e-Transfer® to someone on your contact list without manually setting them up as a recipient in mobile banking.
Access
Access is available to all members who currently use our online banking service. If you’re not an SUNSHINE COAST Community Credit Union member, no problem – simply contact us and set up a new membership. You will be set up with access right away.
Use of the mobile app is subject to the terms and conditions found in our SUNSHINE COAST Community Credit Union Account Access Agreement for personal accounts.
*You may incur service charges for various online services depending on the type of account you have. In addition, your mobile carrier may charge you for using your mobile device to access the services provided by our mobile app.

Someone is always typing

It can be useful, but oh, my, who tested this thing? The instructions to enable Quick View in Settings don't work because no Quick View setting is there. Trying to add my email for 2-Factor Authentication takes me into a loop: after I switch apps for 10 seconds to read the verification code you sent by email, the SCCU app requires me to log back in and start over, so I cannot enter that code!

Reduced to 2 stars, barely works, can't get into my account another way but can't use this for full function... and not updated in months. Gets the job done but the UI is a little tedious and clunky, and there are many features missing that require desktop. Overall doesn't hold a candle to digital bank apps like Tangerine or EQ.

The s10 home button is underneath the photo button on this app so now I can't deposit any cheques online. I used to work great please fix it!. Very frustrating when you have many people telling you it's an issue and still no fix. Go back to the way it used to be
