One of the worst app I have used. The purchase of Sunway Lagoon ticket interface is just a mini website version, clearly the dev team never really put effort in developing a mobile app. I have to fill up the information that I have filled up on the sunway webpage. Dissapointing. Secondly Sunway Hotel booking page is equally bad, after login my status still showing not login, they should have consolidated every SUnway platform, webpage to use the super app login.

I played the game, each game deduct 50points to play, and after done playing the game, the earning point didn't reflect to the points, only deduction, not adding back. Each time playing deduct 50points until my point become 0points. The game winning point (eg. 70points, 200points) all will just disappear, nothing will happen. *This happen since few weeks ago after the Apps update. Before that was ok. Wasting time & loosing points!

I accidentally uploaded my photo on my daughter's name but no way to change the photo. Raise it to support team on the app but no response.
