Worst app ever!!! It does not accept the password on my phone. It does not allow me to reset my password. I right away get the msg the link is expired , even though it was just send.The log in turns into circles without any success EVER! Horrible!!! All I want to do is check on my flight and this app makes it impossible! Uninstalled it. Installed again and the same issues. I never had this kind of trouble with any other app. What a waste of time this junk app is..:(

We have always had great trips with Sunwing. This year we were very upset that our transfer driver never picked us up at our resort to go to the airport. We had to beg another Nexus driver to fit us in another shuttle. We were 2 hours late getting to the airport and got to the gate just as the flight was boarding. We did check in online for our flight and we had transfer passes so we know that we did our part. Resort was great. Flights were ok. Drink service was poor on flight.

This app is completely pointless. Not only is it super buggy, the pages don't load, majority of the options take you to external links and it doesn't not update accurately. My flight was delayed over 4 hours and although I was signed up for notifications, I received nothing. Also the app assumed the flight left on time, so I no longer had the options for online check-in and airport transfer available. It's my first time using Sunwing and I won't do it again.
