We have always had great trips with Sunwing. This year we were very upset that our transfer driver never picked us up at our resort to go to the airport. We had to beg another Nexus driver to fit us in another shuttle. We were 2 hours late getting to the airport and got to the gate just as the flight was boarding. We did check in online for our flight and we had transfer passes so we know that we did our part. Resort was great. Flights were ok. Drink service was poor on flight.

not impressed with this app. everything was working as it should then all of a sudden couldn't access any options through this app and now my upcoming trip has totally disappeared. tried adding it again and comes up as already linked to my account but can not get it come up. our trip is 5 weeks out and how am I supposed to access our documents???? can someone from sunwing that has a clue how the app works reach out please?

we were a group of 11. 10 had boarding passes to get home from mexico. I showed up and was told there was no boarding pass for me. I didnt get one till 10 mins before boarding. Im also hard if hearing my support person (my husband) and the rest of our group had to move forward with going through security as to not miss their plane. I was left standing not knowing if I would have a flight back home. It was hard for me to navigate with hearing issue's despite wearing my hearing aids.
