not impressed with this app. everything was working as it should then all of a sudden couldn't access any options through this app and now my upcoming trip has totally disappeared. tried adding it again and comes up as already linked to my account but can not get it come up. our trip is 5 weeks out and how am I supposed to access our documents???? can someone from sunwing that has a clue how the app works reach out please?

Hi Gates, from what you are describing, it looks like the account has been desynchronized. To make sure, could you take a screenshot and send it to app@sunwing.ca along with your make&model of the phone. Preferably, if you can add the app version you currently have, it would be great. The Sunwing report at our destination hotel was quite helpful getting us transferred to another resort. Blau Habana Beach NOT as advertised.... no seafood restaurant, snack bar is a joke, smallest buffet I've ever seen. pool pump broke so could not clean the pool, algae foam all throughout so 3 days of no pool before we left. Offered us a fancy dinner & massage 🤣🤣🤣 wonder where that would be. Beach was nice but you have to walk over bridge over pond that reeks. I'd steer clear of this place.

I booked through redtag for a friend and when I received the confirmation, I quickly noticed somehow the wrong hotel was listed. I called them right a way, only to be told by both redtag and Sunwing I would lose 3/4 of my money as I did not buy their insurance. I then rebooked using another site, ok right hotel same price as original (yes lost 3/4 of first trip) celebrating my 60th birthday.I went on Sunwing just to make sure everything wasok. Nope they seem to have cancelled the wrong hotel
