If I could give them a zero, I would! We spent $690 extra on our vacation package, to have the flight times that we required. We got an email that our departing flight was going to be 4 hours earlier. Attempted to call to speak to someone and was just told that "as per the terms and services that was signed and agreed upon.... Flight times can change and there is nothing we can do" emailed/online form, same response. do not book!!

My trip was in April 2026. I booked 3 excusions. The first was a shopping trip I was advised was cancelled. The buggies was an awesome experience. But the snorkeling we cancelled over 24hours prior because we, nor the live rep, could find the pick up location so we cancelled to get our refund. I waited 14 business days after the trip and still no refund. So I called and emailed for updates. Status shows pending. It is now the end of August, it's still pending. Now no replies to my emails.

This app is completely pointless. Not only is it super buggy, the pages don't load, majority of the options take you to external links and it doesn't not update accurately. My flight was delayed over 4 hours and although I was signed up for notifications, I received nothing. Also the app assumed the flight left on time, so I no longer had the options for online check-in and airport transfer available. It's my first time using Sunwing and I won't do it again.
