If you are editing an image, it makes changes that you did not request or fail to make changes that you do request. So, you overuse their "credit" system and it forces you to upgrade if you want to get the edits you requested. ChatGPT does way better with their free service, and if you go over the edits offered for free, all you have to do is wait 24 hours. It's not perfect, but better than shelling out money for edits that you don't want. "Supercool" is super lame. I want my $ back.

Although the app itself offers amazing results, their support service is abysmal! I had a question about a glitch that was costing me hundreds of credits at a time, but after several pleas for help over several days, not only did I not receive a prompt response, I never received a response of any kind! Any attempt to help me would come as a very welcome surprise.

I tried the pay as you go to option $20. Asked it to create something I asked ChatGPT to create as well. at the same time. ChatGPT returned the request as a pdf in 5 minutes. Four hours later ...SuperCool...still no return and the longer it ran the more credits it took. I stopped the processing and sent an email to support. Support basically said I didnt know how to use the system and check out their video training. $20 lesson learned to not use this system. I wouldn't recommend this at all.
