When attempting to find shops on the list tab you have to resize the map, it constantly reverts to the default size. I wanted to do one of the instant shops but got an error message that my email was Incorrect, it's not, I get emails from Presto with shop listings almost daily. After seeing the reviews about difficulties using the app I'm actually glad I couldn't do the instant shops. It's much less frustrating to check the mystery shopper companies job boards directly to find shops.

App is slow, and after signing in on a shop that's described as super simple became incredibly difficult after accepting it. Requiring me to drive, take pics, observe surroundings, and set start and stop timers pretty much all at the same time. After completing the shop, and spending the money for it. No record of it was found that I even did the shop. Uninstalling, big waste of time.

This app is VERY poor, from a shopper's perspective, compared to similar apps that I have used. The most significant problem is the ability to upload photos. It will stay in "uploading" mode indefinitely. When I use a browser on the Presto page, it uploads w/o problem. My phone is not running 'intensive' background apps nor is my data transfer speed being significantly restricted. Problem is either with the app or associated server.
