This app is mid. You can do the basic stuff you need to but it lacks stuff like seeing statements, or seeing transactions that are more than about a month old. I find that I frequently need to log in through web page access to get everything I need. I can't log in tonight. it says I have to set up options in online banking to use mobile. I've used mobile regularly. this is aggravating.

Update 2: Well hot damn, I have a working app after approx 5 months from the time I first started reporting it crashing. Amazing. I'll give it 4 stars as it does what I expect of it (i.e. actually opening), and deduct one for it taking nearly half a year to have a working banking app. Update: Well it has been nearly two months with no updates and I'm still unable to use the app. Have uninstalled/reinstalled several times, verified the permissions were all allowed, but still no launch. I never have had it even open once to the point of seeing the app screen itself. Downgrading my score from 3/5 to 1/5 as it's every broken as is. Worked fine with Android Oreo, but breaks with Android Pie. App will not open at all.

You might want to put in the description of the app that if your not a resident of a certain state that you can't open an account....and if you have a cash app account, which is also a division of the Sutton Bank...you can't even use the app and can't link your cash app card to it...WoW!! You would think since it is the same Bank you wouldn't have any problem doing that....makes me wonder what's really going on here??
