1 Funds from payroll-related direct deposits may be made available up to two days early. Early access to payroll deposits applies to the direct deposit of funds from your employer. Employer direct deposits vary and, as a result, it is not possible to guarantee early access to your pay. Factors that will affect this include the sender’s deposit description used and the timing of their submission of deposit. In order to provide this service, we generally post such details on the same business day we receive the notice that the deposit is scheduled, which may be up to two (2) business days earlier than the payer’s scheduled payment date. In general, benefit checks (direct deposit or otherwise) from the federal or state government will not be eligible to early access based on the parameters we use. As an example, benefits that generally would not receive early access include but are not limited to unemployment, retirement, pension, civil service, railroad retirement and veteran’s payments.

Login busted, major issues, since the latest website update everything but balance has been frozen, no transactions have shown up since June started, balance has properly updated but nothing else, can't see my new statements, the website both mobile and on computer are literally the same as the app and are equally frozen. Also major security issue, "login" sends you to the website browser and if you have login saved, you can login instantly with no web browser password protection.

App ALWAYS has connection issue, always when I absolutely need to log in. Nothing on this app is loading, can't even log in through website because it gives me a 502 gateway error. Definitely will be switching, only had to use this for college. Wasn't that good of an app before but ever since the update and "new look" it's been 1000x worse. Very unsettling to NOT have access to my money.

Haven't been able to log into my account since the update. Never had an issue doing so before. Can't even log in to check your balance because now you have to use the app and can't login just in the browser. Getting rid of your site access is beyond stupid. Not everyone downloads apps to do everything. Especially older people. Literally almost everything requires a stupid app to do the simplest task.
