I don't like the new update. The app and website was down for almost a week and came back worse than before. The new way they post transactions suck. It will have the amount but It doesn't tell you where you spent your money until like a week later. What if I had a problem where I had to settle a dispute, showing them the amount spent means nothing. I need to be able to see WHERE the money was spent.
update on app 2 days ago has now limited any access to my account internal server error shows everytime have to use main browser to check my account now worked great before this
I just wanted to check my balance. I go into the app and it says it's not compatible or something and I have to update. Ok. Whatever. Won't let me do anything so I have no choice. So I update and now I open the app and it doesn't even display the log in stuff. What the hell?!?! If this is the way it's gonna be I want the Higher One people back!
Can you fix the app. Its been down for almost a week. Erased all transactions. And only works 10% of the time. This is ridiculous. This is amateur hour for your "bank?" I cant see where my money has gone or whays coming in the past week. Please fix
While it's great to have an app that allows me to check my account with very little effort, it's annoying that nearly every night, when I try to check my balance, I am unable to because, "this feature is currently unavailable". I work nights, and I mostly am out very late. I woulf love to keep track of my finances when it's actually relevant to me, but I can't. That's really my only gripe with the app.
After 4 days I was finally able to take my money out. Switched my direct deposit to a more reliable banking experience. One more to change and then BankMobile Vibe can just hang on to those fees and 4+ days of maintenance/updating. Disappointed
