Easy to use and current, but really disliking the bank that blocked my card while I was trying to make a transaction and kept transferring me to different departments to fix it. It took me 8 hours to make a single purchase. Also, no description as to what got paid where within the app. I'm normally really nice on reviews but I'm also honest.
Completely useless. You can't use the check capture feature to deposit checks over $500. So then what is even the point of having that feature? Their customer service is also completely useless. The customer service reps barely speak English and are practically unintelligible over the phone, and they're totally unable to help resolve any issues. Also, fees are way too high and there's way too many of them. This "bank" is total garbage. The app is good for checking your balance, and that's about the only thing it's good for.
I prefer the old acct (higher one) for school aid and loans... no fees to reload and can do from anywhere. I have to go to a brick & mortar now AND pay $4.95 to add money to my card just to pay my Spotify?!? (graduated, but used this card to pay student spotify acct). Garbage.
Great bank! There is a fee involved when trying to get my money and also I wanted to put emphasis on the fact that this bank is behind the times when it comes to other banks. It does not have a chip! If you get these few issues in check, this would be an ok bank.
This app is straightforward and easy to use. The only thing I might change is putting the account and routing number information in a more obvious place so the user doesn't have to dig for it.
Horribly designed compared to other banking apps. I bank with many other Banks and they have much better apps. This one is always under maintenance or it is just simply not working. It does not give you the option a consumer requires. Try changing it up a bit and adding things that really matter. Keep up with the competition by providing the options that we need. The updates have mostly been useless ones because I do not see any improvements as of yet... I hope to see some improvements with the app. Maybe a live chat? Maybe an option that allows us to make travel arrangements? Maybe give us access to our e-statement? So many more things can be added to better the application but they just won't do it. Every single other banking mobile app is much better. Vibe has really falled behind in terms of offering options. Please update and make some improvements.
