Most DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE! I used the Easy Check option and found out my funds will be available tonight. I NEEDED THAT MONEY TODAYYYYYYY!!! IT'S FRUSTRATING when companies want from us instantly but refuse to do the same. Nobody earns money to hear this STUPID BS. AWFUL!
Customer service is in the Philippines - not good! I have had this card for 6 years, and the company made a mistake and duplicated a deposit. They proceeded to punish me and persecute me for their mistake and threw me off of the easy deposit mobile app for six months. When you call customer service, you cannot speak to anyone who speaks English, because they are all in the Philippines. They need to have American people taking care of American accounts. Please use caution when dealing with these people. They make mistakes and blame the account holder.
Useless It won't send the security code to my email so I can log in. Basically it just takes up space & is useless. I have uninstalled & re-installed it several times....no luck.
