very bad experience. Highly unprofessional. It's been 4–5 days now. I book a pickup every day, but no one comes. Even if I receive a call from them, nobody shows up afterward. I downloaded this app to make things easier and avoid the hassle, but instead it has only caused me more trouble. The local scrap collectors in my neighborhood are much more reliable than this.
