Ben strutturato, buon servizio in caso di necessità

Worst company ever. They asked me 70 euros for no reasons and when I asked why they were not able to tell me anything. After 3 years that of email by another credit collection company I decided to pay, but never again.

I have a problem with a wheel , I was waiting more than 4 weeks for have a slot in them shops, they didn't do nothing because they say just need to pump. After 1 hour I still have same problem and now I have to wait another 5 days for schedule an appointment, at the end it's been 10 days that I can't use my bike so I pay a rent for nothing, better avoid to rent a bike from this company they are not professional and also if you send emails to the costumer service no one answer you.

Novità

This release we’ve improved the functionality to book an appointment if you lost your bike. If you lost your bike you can report it in the app, enter the information we need, book an appointment to get a new bike and receive an email with info about the applicable surcharge. Next to that we have updated the way you can change the address where you want to meet during your appointment and we did some bug fixes.
