What a time waster: everything in my shopping basket disappeared, so I ended up purchasing nothing through the app. Incredibly, I then tried their website, and the same thing happened! I couldn't even log in because "swarovski.ae’s request does not comply with Google’s 'Use secure browsers' policy." And don't get me started on the discount codes they give you that don't work. Shopping with them online is pointless.

Still not completed download stuck at 99°/.

Don't order anything from them, cause 1. They don't have the item in stock but they'll lie to you that there's a delivery on a given day; 2. Delivery guy won't ever call you, they'll cancel your order at the end of all the stress they put you through; 3. You'll never get your refund unless you call and curse them all. UAE branch, horrible🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
