What a time waster: everything in my shopping basket disappeared, so I ended up purchasing nothing through the app. Incredibly, I then tried their website, and the same thing happened! I couldn't even log in because "swarovski.ae’s request does not comply with Google’s 'Use secure browsers' policy." And don't get me started on the discount codes they give you that don't work. Shopping with them online is pointless.

One of the worst online experiences in my entire life, like genuinely I couldn't believe that a company like swarowski can do this, there's not enough words to express my concern and how they didn't compensate almost 2 months of my time for getting my money itself, really disappointing service and I'd suggest to never buy anything from swarowski online atleast, just get it from the store if its there, otherwise they gonna scam you of your time and money.
