SweatScore is a fitness challenge for Black women who want a fun way to stay consistent.

If you’ve tried to “get serious” before and still fell off, it’s because most plans are built for perfect routines. SweatScore is different. It’s built for real life.

1) Join the Monthly Challenge
Every month, we run a fun challenge you can jump into whenever you join. Same goal. Same energy.

2) Follow a simple weekly routine
You’re not doing random stuff every day. You’re building a routine you can repeat. The kind that leads to results.

3) Hit your daily goals
Each day, you’ll have one clear goal to hit. Do it → score points → climb the leaderboard.

4) Your consistency builds your Sweat Score
The more you show up, the higher your Sweat Score climbs and unlocks rewards.
