I'm really considering changing banks. Used to love 💝 Sunwest. I haven't been able to keep track of my account or money since the new platform. I'm older and barely keeping up with technology as is and they go and change everything all at once. No incremental change, just a poorly brought out new design. I incurred some overdraft fees and I have overdraft protection. They have not been refunded to date. I was told my account has to undergo a review for a refund. Had I been able to access

This app has a lot of work to go. It is not optimized for different phone resolutions (especially wide screen/foldable devices). It is difficult to navigate and understand what account a transaction may be under. The app doesn't feel polished or ready for go-live. The feedback function does not allow ANY punctuation, which is crazy. Not even periods, commas, or apostrophes, and the error display does not include all disallowed common characters. AND Zelle still does not function with the update

I'm reading all of the reviews and it's nice (and also sad) to know I'm not alone. I have already moved my direct deposit to another bank. I can't even access my account anymore - the app keeps saying "we need to verify your account" and then I get a one time passcode. Sunwest obviously did not test this new app. And forget trying to call with the hold times.
