The SwiftMD ® app connects members with U.S. board-certified doctors 24/7 by phone or videoconference. Schedule a consult and talk to a doctor, usually within 30 minutes. When appropriate, the physician may send in a prescription to your preferred pharmacy. SwiftMD members can avoid long, unnecessary, and potentially expensive visits to the Emergency Room, an Urgent Care Clinic, or their primary care physician’s office by engaging in online doctor visits. Connecting with a doctor is fast and easy.

Every time I try to schedule for a telehealth appt, it never let's me past step 4. I end up having to be contacted by customer service and they get me an appt! What's the purpose of the app if you have to get with customer support anyway??

Scheduling on the app does not work and has not worked for a long time. What is the purpose of the app if you can't use it as it's meant to be used???? The app is a great concept but please fix it!
