App needs MAJOR upgrades!! If an item (say fruit or flavor isn't available), you don't get notified BEFORE you actually make the purchase!! Then you've spent money on an item you don't really want. For example, I purchased a dragonada as is, and I got a drink that's just blended sprite & coconut cream because they were out of pineapple puree & and dragon fruit. Definitely a blunder on app creator's side. Starbucks app is able to let you know if an item is sold out at their locations.

Other than providing location and tracking loyalty points this app is useless. Any time I try to pay using the app, as they say it can, I am asked to show my credit card to verify. What's the point in having customers add a form of payment? Order ahead is pointless as most of the locations I have been to ask me to join the drive-thru line to pick up my order.

Great, as always! I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with Swig, and I've been to several of their locations many times. Large variety of sodas and mix-ins to choose from, yummy pretzel bites with different dipping sauces, the mini chocolate chip cookies and large frosted sugar cookies are delicious, and I love their rotating menu of specialty cookies (especially the coconut one! I hope they bring that one back because it was ridiculously good!).
