Not sure why so many reviews are for the company, not the app! I do enjoy Swig drinks, but the app is awful. Newest glitch is that I can't customize drinks. Even on "Build Your Own" all the flavorings are grayed out. Defeats the purpose of the app! Not being able to apply loyalty points as a partial order is also frustrating!

Great, as always! I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with Swig, and I've been to several of their locations many times. Large variety of sodas and mix-ins to choose from, yummy pretzel bites with different dipping sauces, the mini chocolate chip cookies and large frosted sugar cookies are delicious, and I love their rotating menu of specialty cookies (especially the coconut one! I hope they bring that one back because it was ridiculously good!).

It's hard not to compare Fiiz app and Swig app,as they are both using the same app framework. What I really like about Fiiz is they have a huge secret menu list on their app, which makes the experience so much better in app. I see a lot less reason to pull up the Swig up to do an order. Rather just go to the window as the experience is better that way.
