For a transaction of 800 euros, I got charged 58 euros of fees, so i ended with 742. So if you got 80k, they will take 5800 in fees approx. FYI... I was part of the category of "borg holders." Plus, you don't control the exchange process, which is all done in the background by the algorithm. You get a surprise at the end of each transaction and never what you are expecting.

it is awful! I decided to sell some crypto, and get the money to my bank account, and they took 10% commission for one transaction! It's ridiculous! The support doesn't work at all, there is no way to speak to someone! NEVER RECOMMEND!

If I EVER get forced to use that USELESS support chat bot again, I'm moving off Swissborg to another app. Never experienced anything so moronic. Took 15 mins of circular bla bla to get it to raise a ticket for a failed deposit. Unbelievable, that kind of "support" is absolutely not what is expected of Swissborg.
