This is NOT a full VoIP app! I expected to be able to port my VoIP business line and continue using it in SwitchUp instead. This app requires you to have a cell phone number to use to make and receive calls. You cannot answer calls in the app, they forward to your cell phone. Same goes for outbound calls. This would have been a great app if it actually was a full VoIP service with no middleman phone number required. There also is no web app to make and receive calls/texts via computer.

The concept of switchup is great. However, I don't receive notifications in real time. I just see missed calls. I reached out for support, and I never received a follow-up email. I don't see a phone number to receive support. I am frustrated because I want this to work for my business line. I don't want to carry two phones. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

No thank you you, the price of admission is a little too steep for me without being able to use the promised free trial (which by the way should be taken out of the app description if you're not even going to offer it!) I couldn't hand out a one star review without using it but I feel kind of lied to and that was enough for me to uninstall.
