Synacl is an IoT monitoring platform. This app is the phone companion to it —
for checking on your devices when you're away from a desk.
You need a Synacl account to use it. Sign up at synacl.com first; the app
doesn't create accounts.
What you can do here:
- See your devices and gateways, and whether they're online
- Open a device for live readings and recent history
- Read the alert feed, and get a push notification when a rule fires
- Open dashboards you built on the web, or put a simple one together here
- Switch actuators on and off, set levels, and watch for the confirmation
- Check the rules and actions you've set up
Dashboards built on the web show up here. The mobile builder is deliberately
simpler — it stacks widgets in a single column instead of trying to squeeze the
web's grid onto a phone. A few widget types (map tracking, HTTP polling, raw
MQTT) aren't supported on mobile yet; those show a note pointing you back to the
web app.
Push alerts are available on paid plans, and need a real device — they don't
work on an emulator.
