Service is great. I tend to have a signal when a my friends don't which is nice. My issue is with the app. It keeps crashing and using up resources and battery life if it's running in the background. Not a huge problem by itself, but if I need to use the VPN, I essentially have to keep my phone on a charger, or it will die within 7-8 hours. The average battery life for my phone without the app in the background is 24-36 hours with regular use. I've tried uninstalling and clearing the cache.

As for this app it has worked well, no glitches and is pretty streamlined. I also tried the Google Fi phone service for a few months,, not bad at all,, I ended up going back to my original carrier but only because they made me an offer I couldn't refuse,, leaving Google Fi via their app was super easy and I like how they don't put up all these hurdles. A+

I used to love this service, but it's gotten worse and worse. Randomly losing service, taking an excessive amount of time to reconnect to cell service after losing access. But most egregiously, constantly making me reset my eSIM. I suddenly get a message that my Google Fi isn't set up and I have to scramble to find Wi-Fi and start the several minutes long process of setting it up again. it's done this twice just today. going to look for a new provider
