Blue light in the evening hours has recently been shown to distort your natural circadian rhythm and contribute to the inability to fall asleep.

In different scientific studies it's been shown that an average person reading a phone for a few hours before bed may find their sleep delayed by over 1 hour.

Night Shift adapts your phone's screen adapt to any schedule you want. It filters the blue light emitted by your phone on the schedule you set, or all the time, to the specific levels of red light you prefer and set. The filter intensity and hue can all be changed to get the exact red light that works for you.
