Ratings and reviews

I installed this app few days ago, for new meter allocation from one of the DISCO. I thought this was better instead of going to the bank. I couldn't make any payment as the app keep saying "Turn right" "Turn left", even with my high end phone camera (Samsung Ultra), until my battery went from 50% to about 8%. I had to move out the money I loaded in the app bit by bit as it does not allow transfer above 20k without upgrading to next level. Complete waste of time.

If I could give half a star...you don't deserve more. I have updated the app three times in the last 24 hrs. You simply turned us into lab rats. The last payment I made is already showing on the app while the one before it is still not showing. Meanwhile, the receipt I received in my mail box doesn't contain any RRR. What's the essence of the upgrade if it was going to cause more difficulties for users? Please bring back the old platform.

One of the worst platforms around. I don't know why institutions still make use of them. They have network issues every two days that last for close to a week. Registration is a nightmare so I don't know about login. Spare yourself the headache and switch to anything else because it's not just the app, it's the website too. Everything about Remita is disappointing and bad. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
