The Absolute Best!!! This app is the ideal patient portal. It is easy to navigate-phone or computer. It supplies everything you need from the home page-appointments, messaging, medical history, your actual xrays-so that I can show them to my phisical therapist, & bill pay (You wouldn't think that this would be hidden or absent, but another portal who shall remain nameless makes it impossible to pay your bill from the app, honestly they mus not want to be paid.) Overall Amazing App!!!

Very easy to use and convenient. I am able to view appointments, add them to my calendar, communicate with my doctors, and view test and procedure results. I am also able to view family members profiles who've granted access and can communicate with their care team as well as view appointments and add to calendar, view test results, request prescription refills, and pay bills. This is a great app! There are NO ads in the app! 😊

I love the app and use it all the time, but I would suggest one improvement. Since most people probably use the app on their phones, I suggest that you make it possible to choose an option to see your password as it is typed. I cannot tell you how many times I have to retype my password, sometimes multiple times. Older fingers are not as good at typing on a tiny keyboard. Make it a little easier for us older folks!
