Very easy to use and convenient. I am able to view appointments, add them to my calendar, communicate with my doctors, and view test and procedure results. I am also able to view family members profiles who've granted access and can communicate with their care team as well as view appointments and add to calendar, view test results, request prescription refills, and pay bills. This is a great app! There are NO ads in the app! š

The original app. was way better than the last few changes. It is not as user friendly. For example when you use to check labs and they were out of the parameters you could tap on the specific test. It would take you instantly to the explanation, causes and seriousness of that under or above reading. This last update you just changed the format style for quick access! Why??? It seems like it severed no purpose other than justifying someones job! Personally just leave the dang thing alone!!

I've dealt with the apps for HCA and Ascension, and wooo buddy, Vanderbilt's app is the most user-friendly thus far. My biggest issue is that it nigh impossible to see one's trends if not on a laptop/desktop computer. But, overall, I love it because I can see upcoming appointments, doctor's notes and messages, etc. It's been super convenient to pull up information when visiting doctors, not in the Vanderbilt network.
