very happy with this. when test results come in I know about it, if I need to e-mail my care team it usually comes back a response within 3 to four days, and also can look up medications their uses and appointments being scheduled without having to call the hospital 🏥 to get through to them so no automated system. over all when it is up and running(although sometimes it glitches, which is why I only gave it four stars) but overall one of the best apps I've had yet.

The My Health app is the best! Being a not so organized person, the My Health app keeps everything together in one place! You can see and get reminders for upcoming appointments and what time to be there, see tests results, talk to your doctors, schedule appointments, view summary reports of your appointments, get reminders for any tests procedures and or vaccinations, medications that you may take, etc. You can also add family members to help keep track of all of their medical information!

I've dealt with the apps for HCA and Ascension, and wooo buddy, Vanderbilt's app is the most user-friendly thus far. My biggest issue is that it nigh impossible to see one's trends if not on a laptop/desktop computer. But, overall, I love it because I can see upcoming appointments, doctor's notes and messages, etc. It's been super convenient to pull up information when visiting doctors, not in the Vanderbilt network.
