TableSync Kitchen is the kitchen display app for restaurants that run on the TableSync platform. It runs on a restaurant-enrolled Android tablet and shows the kitchen exactly the work that has been accepted and sent for preparation, whatever channel it came from.
Live production tickets
New tickets arrive as they are accepted and dispatched, whether they were taken at the counter, on the floor with TableSync Staff, or online. Each ticket shows the table or service type, quantities, sizes and options, and preparation notes for items, orders and rounds.
Rounds stay separate
Each table round is its own ticket. When a table sends a second round, only the new work appears; earlier rounds do not come back.
Preparation progress
Move a ticket from new to preparing to ready with clear, large controls. The display always shows the state the restaurant's system has confirmed. Delivery tickets stop at ready for handoff to the delivery team.
Cancellations are unmissable
If an order is cancelled after it reached the kitchen, the ticket is marked STOP PREPARATION and moves to Recent so the team can see what changed.
Stations
Where the restaurant has set up station routing, a display can show only its own station's items. Tickets that span several stations stay view-only on a station display and are progressed on the whole-ticket display.
Several displays, one truth
All kitchen displays and the TableSync dashboard read the same ticket state. A change made on one display is confirmed by the restaurant's system before it is shown as done, so two screens never disagree.
Keeps working through connection problems
Tickets already received stay visible if the connection drops. Preparation changes made offline are saved on the device, clearly marked as waiting, and confirmed when the connection returns.
Attention
Optional sound and visual highlights help the team notice new tickets and cancellations. Sound can be muted on the display.
Part of TableSync
TableSync Kitchen works alongside TableSync POS for front-of-house sales and service and TableSync Staff for employee and table operations.
This app requires a TableSync restaurant account and device enrolment by the restaurant. It is a business tool for kitchen teams, not a consumer app. It does not print tickets, take payments or show customer contact or payment details.
