About this app

TableSync POS is the restaurant business app for teams operating on the TableSync platform.

Build orders from your published menu, including variants, required options and item notes. Manage dine-in tables, guests, seats and rounds alongside takeaway, delivery and manually entered phone orders. Review incoming orders, update item availability, manage ordering channels and keep operational work visible.

Local-first menu and order state helps the team continue safely during a temporary connection loss. Queued work is reconciled with the TableSync service when connectivity returns, with idempotency protections against duplicate submission.

Operator PINs, manager approvals, clocking, breaks, till sessions and cash movements keep day-to-day restaurant actions attributable. Cash settlement, partial payments, split bills and receipts use the restaurant's canonical TableSync records.

An authorised TableSync restaurant and device enrolment are required. This is not a consumer ordering app. Card, NFC and SoftPOS payments are not included in this release. Printer and cash-drawer hardware certification is also outside this release.

What’s new

Order and cash commands are now durable. A submitted order is frozen against overwrite, held orders resume cleanly, and an unanswered cash result is surfaced for the operator to resolve rather than silently retried. Cash remains the only tender.
