I love my new camera, and after I got used to the app, navigation is a breeze. I did have to reach out to support with some questions, but they were very friendly, clear to understand, and super helpful. I just purchased a second camera to add to my app and was able to complete the process in just a matter of minutes. It has given me the piece of mind I need when I am away from home. Regardless of bad weather or if i have had electricity or not, I still receive photos.

This service is pure garbage. No On Demand replays unless you want to pay $5.00 per request. No live view of the camera. No video captures Prices are extremely steep for what they offer. Since all the hardware ran about $350.00 I selected the 'starter' service plan $55.00/ yr, which limits the camera to 250 photos per month(I think). Tried to refresh since a new month started, still showing that 'I'm Over my Monthly Usage. Robbery! Camera is sturdy, battery life is ok, photos are decent quality.
