Such annoying update. I can't use my keyboard. Its complaining that I should switch to my defaut keyboard. Something that I have been using for over 3 years. Also, whats the issue with update. Why am I being forced to update. I had to do a quick transaction yesterday and you can imagine how frustrating it was to be blocked from it because of something. even now, I am thinking updating, taking my money and uninstall it completely. what a comlete disservice

What is happening with this latest update. It's festive season and I can't even load the application successfully, it keeps crashing and restarting. The update claims to enhanced UI/UX for a smoother experience but the opposite is what we're experiencing. This is really sad and frustrating, for an app that was averagely okay prior to this update. Please look into it ASAP before we move to another bank that'll serve us better. I'll rate it 1 ⭐ since I can't do ½ star, until it gets better.

very horrible today, the app refused to open it kept telling me "tajway has stopped " I've called customer service twice and they claimed the problem is solved, even send me an email, but still the app won't open. I still can't access it as I'm typing this review
