A good bank with a terrible app. 1. The transaction statement is terrible 2. I changed my phone, but I couldn't log in to the on my new phone. It required me to go into the bank to do that. 3. You can virtually do nothing aside from transfer on the app without getting into the bank.

A good app but the the app statement doesn't show in full detail the name or even the account number of the person money is being sent to. That would have saved me a lot. Made a transfer and the person is yet to see the credit and my statement has no prove to show that it was actually that person I sent the money to. It's very annoying.

transactions take long to reflect. i bought power units, I saw the receipt. before I got to my meter, I closed. I logged in tried to get history and For the whole 24hrs before my transaction, nothing dispalyed. there was no sms to show my light points. I still cannot load units even after paying and been credited.
