About this app

"Living with IBD" is a tool developed to support you who live with a chronic inflammatory bowel disease such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis - also known as IBD.

This app helps you get an overview of your disease regardless of the treatment you are receiving.

In the app you will find, among other things, "IBD Disk", a tool where you can easily monitor your IBD and save relevant information about how much and how your disease affects your life. Record your IBD symptoms based on a number of statements about your physical, mental and emotional health such as sleep, energy and social relationships. Based on your registrations, "IBD Disk" gives you a picture of how your disease affects you in everyday life. Fill in the "IBD Disk" regularly and take out a report with your results that you can share with your nurse or doctor.

The app also contains other useful tools to help you in your everyday life with IBD. For example, you can enter reminders about both medication and doctor's appointments. You will also find informative videos, good IBD-friendly recipes and many exciting articles produced in collaboration with doctors and nurses.
