It seems many of us are having log in issues w/ security check or app version. I've contacted support but only get a robotic response claiming it's on my end despite no change in 10 yrs. EDIT: After much try & error w/ other methods, I deleted app data/cache, deleted all VPN profiles via mobile connections (even though they weren't in use), switched to my 2nd router, attempted log in w/ talkatone number ONLY, got code in email. Then logged in successfully. Hope this can help someone!

I've used this app for years and it worked well until my cellphone’s battery completely died, leaving me without a way to contact my family (as I don't have a landline). When I tried logging in on a backup device to access Talkatone, I wasn't able to log in. Even after I bought a brand-new phone and explained the situation to support they won't or don't know how to lift the block. Their only 'fix' was telling me to find a different WiFi network or use a different device.

not very good. I pay a subscription each month for the app and it barely works. it won't make calls unless I let the app sit and load for 5 mins before even trying to make a call, it will just drop the calls. It doesn't give me call or text notifications until I open the app so I've missed important messages, sometimes it will just ring for 5 mins with nothing on the other end when I try to make a call, then it drops the call. I'm sick of it, I will cancel my subscription if the issue persists.
