I found this app somewhat difficult to use. I set up my cover page and then added my document. The app then took me a screen to subscribe. I did but when I was returned to the fax screen, my fax did not save and I had to start over. When I tried to upload my file again, the file that appears on the app was NOT the file that I chose. I gave up trying to get the right one. Fax took 27 minutes (12 pgs). I send 1 fax bi- annually so I cxl'd subscription.

This app is useless. Keeps telling me to check my network connection. I am connected to my home WIFI . It failed to send my first 2 attempts and once I reduced the number of pages from 13 to 4 it finally sent after 8 minutes. I will be canceling my subscription as I am absolutely unhappy with this particular APP's service. It even gave me a pop up that said it was old and slow. What the heck, wish I had selected a different App 100%.

Hi Patrish, unfortunately, the fax network is generally slow and it takes time to deliver especially if you have more pages in the fax. It explained that inside the app before you send it out, hope it helps and it looks like it finally delivered the fax for you. If you're downloading for the free 3 day trial, proceed. Don't pay. Worst paid fax app I've ever tried. Crashes constantly with medium pdfs (6mb). Sends 1 file @ a time, not multiple. English clearly 2nd lang to devs, wait 5 mins between faxes, poor file selector, no keyboard spell check on cover page, very slow fax times, asks for app store rating each time & can't back out of prompt, forcing you to accept - even AFTER PAYING! Cheap, flimsy, pricey ($12 a month), annoying, slow, app.
