I have not been able to make a call via this app for some time now. When I try to phone abroad it doesn't ring now. I have £8.05p that i can't use on the app. When you try to click the help icon it just asks you to compose a message to your contact. The icons at the bottom of the screen don't work. The App was stilted but is completely unusable now. Very disapointed.

​"I am absolutely furious! This app is a complete fraud. I tried to top up for my family in Pakistan, and they deducted €13.43 from my bank account, but the app shows 'Payment Cancelled.' ​This is NOT the first time! I have lost money before and never got it back. Their customer support email is fake and doesn't even work (emails keep bouncing back). You are stealing hard-earned money from people! ​I am deleting this app right now and will never use it again.

Rubbish. Gives you the run around. Access phone number cannot be found online so have to use the app to locate it, and when u do, it doesn't work. My phone number changed, so app doesn't recognise my original account, which has calling credit, and there's no option to log in with email. A load of rubbish! Now I have to call customer service which is going to be another 30mins down the drain. I've never come across an app so frustrating.
