Have to call, can't text, that doesn't work for me. won't allow me to delete my account because I have 'money' to use first.

Extra star because I didn't get to see the actual support it provided. I couldn't see it, because I had to put in my "city", you know everyone lives in a city. I tried to put the closest city to me, but that wouldn't work because you need to add a postal code or zip code. Apparently the closest city to me, in northern Ontario Canada has been assigned zip codes. Another issue is I think you must talk on the phone. So that's a no-go for me, besides I would be talking to whomever. anyone can volunt
