The first coins I bought went through everything good. As of yesterday March 30 my purchases have gone through, but I have not received any coins. I tried the 100 coins first thinking it was a glitch on my end or something so I just went back and decided to get the 500 and 1200 one. After purchasing I received nothing so I went ro check my bank account and the money was coming out. so i was pretty much getting scammed... UPDATE! Problem was resolved just link your receipt. Everything is good.

app is horrible now, it was good when first starting. too many Filipina scammers and seen too many underage people going live. pedophiles tell the kids to start a "group" so they can do whatever. customer service especially Grace is horrible. she'll always back up the actions of broadcaster even when photo proof is shown. The games are rigged to where it's the same 20 people always winning. it's a horrible app now and with so many other live stream apps there's no point on staying with coco/cake

App has ridiculously small font, I haven't idea why. I try to chat with people butcan barely see what I type because the font is so small. I do have eye issues but still there is no reason for the font size to be that small!! Make the text larger. Also give us a night mode as well. Last update killed the'seen' reminder in chat. Really poorly written app. There's a million apps like it, but this app falls flat as far as usability.
