When I deleted the old app, I thought this one would be better, faster, more streamlined. No. The parking mode no longer works: they sent me an SD Card, there is no power fault, I reset the device, I reset the app, yet still, it doesn't work. I spent a lot of money on my camera, and I'm left with something that doesn't work the way it should. The only thing I can commend is the customer service. They're prompt, fast, and eager to help. But there's still no fix.

My hubby finally installed my F17Elite a few months after purchase. If he had installed it earlier for me to find out the negatives of the dashcam, I would have returned it right away. There is no option to turn off the screen saver which I had no idea of and then connecting the app to your phone is such a hassle. I somehow was finally able to connect it, however I am still having issues viewing the videos on the app. The voice command doesn't work. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

simple app but unable to disable speed and GPS with the App for F9 camera... I do not want that information visible on downloaded videos. need a way to see videos in the app while camera is off or auto download to app and not have to be sitting in the car so app is pretty useless unless inside the car. I want to review inside my house.

As for viewing and downloading videos, the app currently requires a direct WiFi connection to the camera, which is why it needs to be used near the device.
