I appreciate the effort put into this app and its features. However, I purchased the 1-month plan mainly for Tatkal booking, and unfortunately the booking is not working through the app. It consistently fails after captcha with “unable to process request,” while the same booking works fine manually on official app/website. Because of this, I’m unable to use the main feature I paid for. I kindly request you to look into this and help me with a refund. Thank you.

I used it just today to make an instant booking, and the experience was excellent. Oh, and yes—for anyone who isn't comfortable making bookings on their own, this is a fantastic option.
